Stage 1 - Requirements Analysis

Work begins with an in-depth analysis of your requirements. This is to ensure that all are aware of the objectives to be achieved and to determine the most relevant design/creative route to fulfil your expectation. Within this analysis stage, we will establish who the target audience are, (the demographics, their habits, their online interests). From this information, we are then able to specify the content and functionality of the proposed website, based on the needs of the specified target audience.

All requirements will be documented and will form the website specification. This documentation will include a map of the website contents and details of the content areas, describing functionality to be contained within. Once all parties have agreed the specification, Alchemy will put together a schedule for development, outlining the critical path of production and milestones to be achieved.
